Amie’s brothers from Florida came and visited, and I used the setting sun and my 135 f/2.8 lens to capture some of the time on the porch.
I was asked to shoot Balsam Range at Bele Chere, 2011. I decided to go with a sepia processing looking back to the roots of bluegrass, with a crisp sharp contrasty feel that is entirely modern.

April 30th, Blue Ridge Rollergirls versus Cape Fear Rollergirls at the Asheville Civic Center

On March 12th, the Blue Ridge All Stars skated against the Soul City Sirens of Augusta.
