litany of shame
I visited Joyce Kilmer memorial forest, one of the few old growth forests in the eastern US this weekend. On the Poplar Loop section of the trail, there was a large (not one of the 400+ year old behemoths, but probably a 100-150 year old tree), that passerby’s had chosen to carve up to bolster their egos. I hope, for our future, we get over ourselves. Listed out for you, a litany of shame.
Kes and Martin Portrait
We went camping this weekend down by the Toe River. Here’s a river portrait.
Nolan “Dark Thug”
Nolan is a good friend of Caedmon’s, and I particularly like the expression in this capture from earlier this spring. I don’t think he wanted his picture taken.
